Work in Progress

The style and technique used in my drawings is called pointillism or stippling. The pointillism technique is when dots are grouped together to form an image. The closer the dots are together, the darker the tones. The farther apart the dots are, the lighter the tones. Pointillism was first introduced in the 1880's, in the wake of impressionism, by the French artist Georges Pierre Seurat.
